As a Support Worker at Compassionate Care Ltd, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to our clients. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing their independence and quality of life, making a meaningful difference in their daily experiences. Our clients vary from adults with learning difficulties, autism, mental health and challenging behaviours. You will be offering a supportive ear, calm presence, whilst still bringing an element of fun into their daily activities and needs. Nights which will run a rolling rota of full time 4 days on and 4 days off. 12 hour shifts 8pm - 8am.
Job Responsibility:
Assisting with daily routines, including mornings and evenings
Providing personal care to those who require it
Offering companionship and attending social activities such as museum trips, football matches, meals out and visits to the gym
Preparing meals
Assisting with medication
Light cleaning and household duties
Completing documentation, care notes, MAR charts as part of compliance and staff responsibility
Requirements:
You will have a kind nature and good communication
Good listening skills and a willingness to learn
A genuine desire to make a real difference in people’s lives
You will need to demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude, person-centred values, energy and commitment to providing an exceptional quality service
Full clean driving licence and access to a car is essential
