Keys are looking for a Registered Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations and grow our Supported Living portfolio in the Merseyside area. Our SL portfolio supports people with a broad range of complex needs (MH/LD/ABI/ASD). This manager will oversee 2.500 hours of weekly care, with a Deputy Manager to support for every 500 hours. With a Head Office based in Liverpool, you'll divide your time between being out visiting sites and working from Head Office.

Requirements:
Experienced as a Registered Manager within Supported Living
Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Autism
Demonstrates positive values
Level 5 Qualified
Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice
