Various positions available within our Supported Living Service. There are several opportunities available to join a long-standing, values-driven not-for-profit organisation that provides Supported Living services—walking alongside people as they build confidence, strengthen skills, and stay connected to the people, places, and activities that matter most. In these roles, you will walk alongside people as they dream big, set personal goals, make new friends, and strengthen their confidence in themselves and their place in the community. Every day brings the chance to celebrate progress, encourage independence, and support meaningful moments. Our team is warm, inclusive, and supportive. While experience in support work or Supported Living Services is helpful, we also welcome those who bring kindness, empathy, and a naturally positive, bubbly approach to life. If you have the heart for this mahi, we will provide the training to help you feel confident and capable. You will bring a gentle, person-centred approach to your practice—honouring each person's choices, goals, and identity. When personal care is part of someone's support plan, you will uphold their dignity and autonomy with compassion and respect.
