Job Responsibility:

Advocate for the rights, dignity, and equality of adults, young people, and children
Implement and review personalised support plans
Build strong relationships with clients, their families, and stakeholders
Promote inclusion and self-determination for those you support

Requirements:

Passionate about human rights and positive change
Empathetic, compassionate, and understanding of diverse experiences
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen and respond to customer needs
Team player, enthusiastic about collaboration and best practices
Willing to obtain relevant regulatory requirements
