Job Description:

Supporting three adults who have shared a home in Doddington for over 20 years, helping them with community activities, holidays, and daily living to promote independence and social connections.

Job Responsibility:

Adapt support to fit each person's daily needs and wants
Encourage people to make their own choices
Help people to do things themselves to be as independent as possible
Support people to build confidence and life skills
Support people to be part of their community
Be understanding and allow people to take their time
Celebrate people's achievements

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence
Full training provided
Opportunities to complete an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement (Female)
Must complete an enhanced DBS check
