As a Support Worker, you’ll deliver excellent care, celebrate achievements, encourage fun and creativity and engage directly with the wider community. The focus of this role is to help the people we support to develop independent living skills: improve their personal hygiene, assist with meal preparation, exercise, leisure activities and socialising – the daily routine of regular life. You will be supporting 4 adults, both male and female with learning disabilities. You will provide person-centred care and support with personal care. This role is ideal for people committed to making a positive difference to individual’s lives, including experienced support workers, graduates and those seeking a stimulating career path into social care.

Requirements:
Full UK driving licence
Good communication skills
Must be flexible and willing to do sleep in shifts
Confident communicating with people that are non-verbal
Must have legal right to work in the UK without sponsorship
