Support individuals with disabilities to live their best lives through personal care, community integration, and fostering inclusive relationships. Build connections through shared interests, lead engaging activities, and encourage personal growth while working in a values-driven organization.

Job Responsibility:

Create joyful experiences and foster meaningful relationships
connect people through shared hobbies and passions
facilitate engaging activities like art sessions, sports games, or group outings
help people explore their communities and participate in events
cultivate an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere
recognize milestones and support people in achieving their goals
design vibrant, interest-focused programs with the team

Requirements:

Experience in supporting people with disabilities
eagerness to learn
ability to create relationships and foster inclusion
belief that everyone deserves access to a joyful life
relevant industry qualification or willingness to obtain one
First Aid/CPR Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check
valid driver’s license
insured car
