Our teams work closely with our on-site therapists, enrichment service, and our clinical staff to enable them to provide quality of life, for life for adults with profound and multiple disabilities and complex needs. To meet the needs of our adults, our Support Worker teams work a variety of shift patterns and hours, however we do ask that you are able to work from 7am or until 9:30pm at night depending on your weekly rota. Rotas are issued in advance, and your 4-week rota will follow a pattern, so you can always plan ahead for your days off. Shifts are typically 7.5hrs to 12.5hrs in length, including weekends.
