The role involves supporting individuals aged 19 to 66 in a temporary maternity cover position, helping them live their 'Best Lives Possible' based on principles of choice, dignity, and respect.
Job Responsibility:
Support people with care needs in the community using wheelchairs
Help individuals live their Best Lives Possible by including them in daily decisions and encouraging independence
Support with activities such as going to the Cinema, the stack, the queen Vic, the Alex disco, Washington Disco, meals out, shopping, concerts, shows, seeing family
Assist with interests like Gardening, Baking, Arts and crafts, Bowling, Cinema, park walks, visiting pubs, Winter gardens, Butterfly world
Spend whole shift with the person supported to make the biggest impact on their lives
