Job Description:

Seven Springs is situated in a beautiful rural area of Tunbridge Wells. Established 54 years ago this beautiful residential service is home to 30 residents with a range of disabilities. With a dedicated and experienced team, residents have all their needs met and our staff are committed to ensuring that they get the most out of life.

Job Responsibility:

Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication
Encourage independence through a person-centred approach
Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities
Keep clear, accurate records
Help each person live life on their own terms

Requirements:

Warm, friendly, and empathetic approach
Willingness to work flexibly, including weekends
Good communication and teamwork skills
Personal care experience (helpful, but not essential)
A genuine desire to help others and make a difference
