Job Description:

Consensus is a community dedicated to inspiring and empowering people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. This role is at Pirlea House, a supported living service providing 24/7 specialist help for individuals to live independently in their own high-spec apartment, with shared access to outdoor spaces and communal areas. There is a relaxed and calm atmosphere, and it's a short distance from Central London.

Job Responsibility:

  • Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities
  • Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions
  • Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others

Requirements:

  • May be new to care or have experience in the social care sector as Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant
  • Values are most important
