We support individuals in their own homes, assisting those with a variety of health needs, including learning disabilities, mental health issues, physical disabilities, and those requiring assistance with personal care. We are currently seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team and help make a real difference in the lives of the individuals we support. Role Overview As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting individuals to live healthy, happy, and fulfilling lives. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring individuals can access and enjoy their local community. You will also support with personal care needs, medication management, and help maintain a clean and safe living environment.

Requirements:
A caring and compassionate attitude, with a genuine desire to help others.

Experience in a support setting

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility and willingness to provide support outside of the home setting when required.
Alternative weekend availability
