Job Description:

Support Worker role in Home & Living environment supporting individuals with disabilities to live their best lives. The position involves creating a warm, engaging environment where participants feel comfortable, connected, and supported through various shifts including overnight sleepovers.

Job Responsibility:

Empower & Encourage participants to develop skills and achieve personal goals
Provide personal care with dignity including hygiene, meals, and household tasks
Build connections through hobbies, social activities, and community events
Champion inclusion and create a welcoming environment
Keep accurate, clear, and timely records
Provide overnight support during sleepover shifts ensuring safety and peace of mind

Requirements:

CPR and First Aid Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
Driver's License & Insured Vehicle
Passionate about supporting people

Flexible & Committed to work across a 24/7 roster including overnight and weekends
