Job Description:

Dedicated professional to join our Community Team as Human Rights warriors, supporting individuals with disabilities and complex needs, championing diversity and inclusivity at Aruma

Job Responsibility:

Advocate for the rights, dignity, and equality of adults, young people, and children
Ensure clients receive tailored support that respects their unique needs and goals
Manage high-challenging behaviours
Implement and review personalised support plans that align with everyone's aspirations
Build strong relationships with clients, their families, and community stakeholders
Promote inclusion and self-determination for those you support

Requirements:

Must hold a valid Working with Children's Check
Must hold a current and full driver licence
Passionate about human rights and positive change
Empathetic, compassionate, and understanding of diverse experiences
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen and respond to customer needs
Team player, enthusiastic about collaboration and best practices
Willing to obtain relevant regulatory requirements
