Job Responsibility

Helping individuals with varying levels of personal care, as well as eating and drinking, shopping, household tasks
ensuring everyone has varied and exciting experiences including music, cinema, theatre trips, days out and holidays
supporting three individuals with learning disabilities who are non-verbal
using own initiative and coping well under pressure
supporting with daily tasks such as cooking and cleaning
working alongside a supportive team of three staff per shift
