Job Description:

Provide person-centred, flexible support to individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism to help them gain greater independence and live fulfilled, meaningful lives.

Job Responsibility:

Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support
Promote independence and confidence in day-to-day activities
Support with personal growth through hobbies and community engagement
Assist with health needs, including medical appointments and administering medication
Teach life skills such as budgeting, shopping, and managing bills
Help with domestic responsibilities including cooking and cleaning
Provide personal care, where required
Offer ongoing emotional and physical support

Requirements:

Must be over the age of 18
Experience in supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism is beneficial
Ability to provide personal care
Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
