Job Description:

At Aruma, we're seeking dedicated professionals to join our Home & Living team as champions of human rights. Support Worker - Home & Living role focused on empowering people to live their best lives and supporting individuals with disabilities.

Job Responsibility:

Empower & Encourage: Support participants to develop skills and achieve personal goals
Personal Care with Dignity: Assist with hygiene, meals, and household tasks while respecting choice and preference

Requirements:

Experience supporting individuals with disabilities, mental health and complex care needs is highly desirable
CPR and First Aid Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
Driver's License & Insured Vehicle
Flexible & Committed - Ready to work across a 24/7 roster including active overnights and weekends
