SIS Care have some exciting opportunities available for Support Workers to join our team in Runcorn. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis. As a support worker you will get in return competitive salary, career development, and benefits. Southbank is a 100+ year old hotel converted into a mix of 7 self-contained flats & 7 en-suite rooms in the centre of the old town area of Runcorn. Southbank supports clients with complex mental health needs; it is staffed 24 hours a day and has a sleepover covering the nights.

Job Responsibility:

Work with individuals to understand their needs and help them to achieve their goals and ambitions

Requirements:

  • Level 2 health & social care qualification or willing to work towards this
  • People that are enthusiastic about making a difference
  • Self-motivated, empathetic, dynamic, and creative within the care sector
  • Experience of mental health needs and challenging behaviours, this can be work related or from life experiences
