Job Responsibility
Providing personal care support, including assistance with showering, dressing, grooming etc.
Assisting with domestic support tasks such as cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and general household duties
Supporting clients with community access, including grocery shopping, medical appointments, and social outings
Encouraging clients to maintain their independence, wellbeing, and confidence at home
Building genuine and meaningful relationships with clients through compassionate care
Recording visit notes and updates using our easy-to-use mobile app
Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent qualification
Current driver’s licence and a reliable, insured vehicle
First Aid/CPR and Working With Children Check (WWCC) (or willingness to obtain)
National Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Confidence using smartphones or tablets for documentation
A caring, respectful, and reliable approach to supporting clients
What we offer
Consistent hours
$34.59 per hour + 12% superannuation
Travel allowance: $0.99/km + paid travel time + work mobile
