Job Description:

Supporting 19 adults with physical and learning disabilities at Godfrey Robinson House, a residential service in North Ferriby. The role involves helping people live life on their own terms in a relaxed, supportive, family-like environment.

Job Responsibility:

Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication
Encourage independence through a person-centred approach
Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities
Keep clear, accurate records
Help each person live life on their own terms

Requirements:

Warm, friendly, and empathetic approach
Willingness to work flexibly, including weekends
Good communication and teamwork skills
Personal care experience (helpful, but not essential)
A genuine desire to help others and make a difference
