Job Description:

We are looking for an Experienced Support Worker to support 4 males with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs in Tameside. The role involves supporting individuals with daily routines, personal care, and community access. Requires a Full UK Driving License and flexibility to work across 7 days. We offer a supportive environment with ongoing training and development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support 4 males with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs
  • Support with finances, household chores, medication, personal care and lifestyle skills
  • Support people to go out in the local community, to social clubs, and try new activities
  • Support people to maintain their daily routines
  • Work one night shift per week from 22.00 to 7am
  • Work alone sometimes
  • Work shift patterns 10am-9pm with sleep in and finish at 10.30am next day, 10am-9pm, 10am-5pm

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving License
  • Flexibile to work across 7 days a week
  • Experience as a Support Worker is preferred but not required
