Job Responsibility:

  • Help build a supportive environment that encourages everyone to thrive and gives them the freedom to live their life their way
  • Supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities
  • Empower and connect, helping them navigate life with confidence and independence
  • Support with areas of personal care and well-being, support to take medication or help getting around

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence (automatic or manual) and willingness to drive people supported vehicles is advantageous not essential
  • Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010
