At our service in Ellon, we support individuals with a wide range of needs to live as independently as possible in their own flats. The individuals you'll be supporting range in age from 23 to 65 and enjoy lots of great activities, so we're looking for people to join the team who are interested in trying new things and supporting people to achieve their own personal goals.
Job Responsibility:
Support individuals with a wide range of needs to live as independently as possible
Support people with activities like bowls, boccia, gardening, movies, swimming, cooking, baking
Medication administration
Cooking and home maintenance
Social support and support to achieve personal goals
Managing the finances of the people we support
Build fantastic relationships
Requirements:
Positive and motivated person
Interested in supporting vulnerable adults
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts Monday-Sunday, including sleepover shifts
Driver's license (essential)
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Reliable and honest
