Support Worker

• Providing support and assistance to individuals in their daily activities
• Assisting with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
• Administering medication according to prescribed schedules
• Providing first aid and emergency care as needed
• Offering companionship and emotional support to individuals
• Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Performing light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Providing transportation for individuals to appointments or outings

• Experience in senior care, hospice care, or childcare is preferred
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
• Knowledge of dementia care techniques is a plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals
• Compassionate and patient nature
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Own transport is essential
