We have recently taken over a long standing service in elgin where we support 17 individuals at this Service comprising of 12 bedsits and a 3-bed roomed bungalow which 2 people reside. They require various levels of support with learning disabilities, mental health and physical disabilities. We focus on achieving individualized goals, working together to overcome barriers, and ensuring people are living their very best lives. They need to be supported by people who understand their individual needs, and will promote their independence and really make a positive difference to their lives. They each have their own interests and like to take part in lots of activities - from karaoke, baking, BBQs and garden parties - to discos, day trips and holidays.
