Exciting 12-week placement opportunity as a support worker on a stunning Scottish island. Accommodation is covered during your stay, with competitive pay offered. The role requires compassionate and experienced individuals with UK care experience, flexibility, and strong communication skills.

Requirements:

Car drivers with own vehicle - A valid UK driving license and your own car are essential
Minimum 2 years of UK care experience
Compassionate and dedicated individuals with a passion for care
Experience dealing with complex care and challenging behaviour
Great communication skills and flexibility
