Introducing our brand new service! We’re delighted to announce the launch of a brand-new residential care home designed to support up to six adults with Learning Disabilities. Burton Grange will set a new benchmark for high-quality, person-centered care. We’re looking for compassionate, committed Support Workers to join our brand-new team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something truly special right from the start. Job Responsibility

  • Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support
  • Prompting independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life
  • Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests
  • Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying the people we support to routine appointments or administrating medication
  • Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping
  • Assisting with personal care as required
  • Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking
  • Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support

Requirements

  • Driving License is Preferable - not essential

  • Multi-Agency Working: Liaise with social workers, education providers, mental health services, and other professionals to ensure cohesive and effective support
  • Promote Meaningful Routines: Assist young people in planning and engaging in healthy daily routines that support wellbeing and structure
