Support Worker

• Support one male in supported accommodation with daily living skills
• Personal care
• Managing medication
• Domestic tasks
• Promoting social inclusion
• Attending health appointments
• Assisting with finance management

• Kind, caring and trustworthy individual
• A driver is preferred
• An enhanced Adult PVG Is Required

Experience of supporting individuals with additional needs

• A minimum of 28-days paid holiday a year, including bank holidays (pro-rata for part time staff)
