Job Description:

Join Club Aruma as a Support Worker where you’ll create joyful experiences, foster relationships, and design vibrant programs for people with disabilities. Work part-time or casually to connect people through shared hobbies, provide personal care, and support their daily living skills. Job Responsibility:

Connect through interests and build friendships
facilitate engaging activities like art sessions, sports games, or group outings
help people explore their communities and participate in events
foster an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere
recognize milestones and support goals
design vibrant, interest-focused programs collaboratively

Requirements:

Available to work across a 24/7 roster including over nights and weekends
experience in supporting people with disabilities is preferred
eager to learn
ability to create relationships and foster inclusion
believes in access to a full and joyful life for everyone
First Aid/CPR Certificate or willing to obtain
NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain
Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
valid driver’s license and insured car
