Support Worker

We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join our team at Cornerstones Devizes. At Cornerstones Devizes we provide residential services and support for up to 6 individuals with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours. The home environment offers 6 bedrooms with two on the ground floor and the rest on the first floor, a large open living space, a good size kitchen so that daily living skills can be developed, an enclosed garden and easy access by foot to local countryside and the canal. We ensure that support is provided to individuals in the most person-centered way possible, ensuring they are treated with dignity and respect and have meaningful choice and control in their lives every day. You will work with young adults who have complex needs. We are looking for a respectful and caring individual who can passionately support our young adults to fulfil their potential. This is a sometimes challenging role but one with huge rewards.
