Job Description:

Join Our Compassionate Care Team! We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to provide one-to-one support for an individual living in their family home in Bristol who has Autism and requires support with all aspects of day to day living. He enjoys car rides, day trips, and local outgoings. To make the most out of days out and driving the client's vehicle, it is essential to hold a full UK driving licence. Enriching activities will be an important factor in your support, and you will bring a wonderfully empathetic approach to truly make a difference to this person’s life.

Job Responsibility:

Provide one-to-one support for an individual living in their family home in Bristol who has Autism and requires support with all aspects of day to day living

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence due to nature of the role
Previous experience with Learning Disabilities
Previous experience with Autism
Previous experience with Behaviours that can be perceived as challenging
