Job Description:

Creative Support is seeking calm and resourceful individuals to join our friendly team providing person-centred care and support to tenants in in our Durham Service in Consett. The supported living services operates 24/7 with sleep overs.

Job Responsibility:

providing person-centred care and support to tenants
supporting service users enabling them to lead fulfilling and valued lives
maintain their tenancies
participate in their local community
develop independent living skills
achieve their personal goals and desired outcomes

Requirements:

calm and resourceful individuals
located in and eligible to work within the UK
