Job Description:

Make a difference by supporting people to live their life, their way. You will be supporting individuals in their own homes, helping them to live as independently as possible. The role involves promoting independence, building meaningful connections, and making a positive difference in everyday life. Job Responsibility:

Support individuals in their own homes to live independently
Understand what a great day means to the person you support
Adjust approach to meet people's needs
Build a supportive environment
Help with activities such as walking, cinema trips, puzzles, exploring transport, seaside walks, boat watching, and spending time with friends and family

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence
Access to a car/vehicle
Some experience working within the health and social care sector
