Support Worker

Swan is a residential service focusing on Learning disability, Autism and behaviours that may be described as challenging, the people we support are nonverbal and require full support with day to day living skills and promoting independence, we all here work as team to meet the needs of each individual based on a person centred approach. At Precious, we work by empowering individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Conditions, and other complex needs, to live as independently as possible, to become integral members of the community and to achieve their goals and aspirations through individual care pathways.
