You’ll be delivering creative, dynamic and person-centred support to adults living in their own homes and supported living settings. You will help people with a range of needs, including: Learning disabilities; Autism; Mental health needs; Physical health conditions. Every day is different, and your support may include: Personal care; Cooking, cleaning & household tasks; Medication support; Budgeting, shopping & attending appointments; Helping people build confidence and independence; Supporting individuals to engage in community activities and meaningful routines. You’ll be part of a supportive team, but may also work independently at times — and you’ll have the chance to build real, lasting connections that truly make a difference. We’ll support you to learn, grow and develop throughout your career.
