Support Worker

• Provide personalised care and support tailored to the individual needs of clients
• Assist with daily living tasks such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication prompts, and mobility support
• Encourage and promote independence and social inclusion
• Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided, reporting any changes in client condition to the management team
• Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and other support services
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all clients
• Attend training sessions and keep up to date with best practices in health and social care

• Previous experience in a similar role within health, nursing, or social care is desirable
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to help others
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to undertake relevant training and qualifications, such as NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
