Job Description

Consensus is a community dedicated to inspiring and empowering people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. This role is at Bromley Croft, a newly developed specialist Supported Living service for people to flourish independently, whilst having a team to support them 24/7. Made up of 9 self-contained flats, Bromley Croft has assistive technology to promote independence and enables people to have a tenancy for their own home.

Job Responsibility

Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities
Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions
Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others

Requirements

May be new to care or have experience in the social care sector as Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant
