We are actively seeking dedicated Female Support Workers to join our team in the Wigton and Longtown areas. If you have a passion for caregiving and are available to start immediately, this exciting opportunity is for you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide essential nursing and personal care to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments
  • Cultivate a positive, supportive, and empowering environment where individuals can flourish
  • Collaborate effectively with a professional team to uphold the highest standards of care

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in UK residential home services
  • Residency within or close proximity to the Wigton and Longtown areas
  • Possession of an enhanced Child & Adult DBS certificate on the update service, alongside mandatory training and PMVA/Restraint certificates
  • Ability to provide strong professional references from the past three years
  • Unrestricted right to work in the UK
  • Commitment to working a minimum of 36.5 hours per week, typically across three shifts
  • Female
  • Proactive and dedicated approach to supporting others
