Support Worker (Female Only) Shrewsbury, SY5 £25,135.50 + £63 per sleep-in Full-Time & Part-Time Hours Available Full UK Driving Licence & Own Vehicle Required We are looking for caring and compassionate Support Workers to join a specialist supported living service supporting young adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Physical Disabilities. Key Responsibilities Provide person-centred support and personal care. Promote independence and life skills. Support individuals with community activities and social opportunities. Administer medication (where trained). Maintain accurate records and follow support plans. Safeguard vulnerable adults and work as part of a team. What We're Looking For Female applicant (Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010). Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle. Caring, patient, and reliable nature. Good communication and IT skills. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and sleep-ins. Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as full training is provided. Why Join Us?
