Requirements
Proven experience supporting children and young people within a residential care setting
Confidence in utilizing de-escalation techniques
Flexibility to work across varied residential and community settings throughout the Portsmouth and Southampton areas
Strong understanding of safeguarding policies
Excellent observational skills
Ability to provide accurate written reporting while on shift
Full UK driver's license (with business insurance) is highly desirable
