Job Responsibility:
Support adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs with everyday routines, wellbeing, and personal care
Encourage and support people to enjoy activities (garden, theatre trips, church visits, pub meals, days out)
Support people to use a variety of communication methods and technology aids (e.g., iPads)
Promote independence and build social connections
Requirements:
Ability to get to the location (hard to reach via public transport)
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and sleep-in shifts
Ability to start as early as 7am and finish as late as 10pm
Patience, creativity, and willingness to connect using different communication methods
Willingness to support with personal care and everyday routines
