As a Support Worker you will be making a difference every day. You will support individuals to develop practical life skills including, household tasks, meeting education/vocational needs, community activities and participation, building positive relationships with whanau and peers, and everyday problem solving and coping strategies. These roles involves working with individuals who require a high level of personal cares which you should be able to complete with a high level of compassion and professionalism. A natural ability to relate to other and build rapport with people we support and other team members is essential along with a strong desire to make a positive difference.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
A genuine desire to make a difference
The ability to complete personal cares with compassion and maintain dignity
Hold a current First Aid Certificate (or be willing to complete one at our cost)
Hold a FULL current NZ Driver License (Essential)
Be eligible to work in New Zealand or have a valid work visa with a minimum of 12 months until expiry
Be able to work at least one weekend shift per week
