Consensus is a community dedicated to inspiring and empowering people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. The role is at Perrywood House, a specialist home supporting people with PWS and associated learning disabilities.

Job Responsibility

Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities
Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions
Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others

Requirements

Values of kindness, commitment, and creativity
May have experience in social care sector (Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant) but values are most important
