Job Responsibility:

  • Provide life-changing support tailored to an individuals' unique needs, understanding trauma's impact on communication and trust
  • Collaborate with experts, families, and community partners to ensure a holistic circle of care
  • Offer practical and emotional support, enabling an individual to build resilience and redefine their futures

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience supporting individuals who require high levels of support and are often deregulated
  • Experience of using de-escalation techniques to keep young people safe
  • Experience of providing detailed and accurate daily record keeping and incident reporting
  • Demonstrate creativity when engaging and establishing trust with children and young people
  • Demonstrate sound communication and judgement
  • Evidence clarity over protecting personal and professional boundaries at all times
  • Register under the PVG scheme

Nice to have:

Ideally have a full drivers license and will require business insurance
