The Beeches in Mirfield is a welcoming, well-established 13-bed residential service for adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex needs. The phrase “We work in their home, they don’t live where we work” underpins everything we do at The Beeches and means our staff team work in a person-centred way by encouraging independence and choice every day. Being a Support Worker at Beeches is a varied, exciting, and rewarding role. All of our services are unique, being tailored to suit the needs of adults and young people with profound and multiple learning disabilities and physical disabilities, and our teams work hard to ensure that the standards of care and support are consistent and of high quality.
