Job Description:

Support Worker role guiding individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism to embrace independence, discover new skills, and make personal choices through daily activities and challenges.

Job Responsibility:

Support people with Learning Disabilities and Autism
Guide them to navigate daily challenges
Promote independence
Engage in activities (walks, visits, personal interests)
Build a connection with the people supported

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence
Access to a car
Willingness to work a mixture of Early, late, sleep ins and some weekend shifts
Ability to complete an enhanced DBS check
