Job Description:

We are looking for Support Workers to work in our client's home located in the area of Surbiton. You will be providing high quality care to the elderly. Purpose of Post: Our Support Worker Team is to provide compassionate assistance and care to individuals, helping them with their daily needs, fostering independence, and ensuring their well-being in various aspects of life.

Job Responsibility:

Providing support by aiding in meal preparation and household chores
Administering medications
Assisting individuals in participating in community activities
Accompanying clients for essential errands
Facilitating medical appointments

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 months experience in a similar role
Proficient in delivering one-on-one support in clients' homes
Committed to promoting independence and overall well-being
Dedicated to ensuring client safety and welfare
Possesses strong skills in record-keeping and documentation
