Job Description:

We are looking for Support Workers to work in our client's home located in the area of Surbiton. You will be providing high quality care to the elderly. Purpose of Post: Our Support Worker Team is to provide compassionate assistance and care to individuals, helping them with their daily needs, fostering independence, and ensuring their well-being in various aspects of life.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing support by aiding in meal preparation and household chores
  • Administering medications
  • Assisting individuals in participating in community activities
  • Accompanying clients for essential errands
  • Facilitating medical appointments

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 months experience in a similar role
