Discover Your New Support Worker Role – Sunshine Coast. Location: Sunshine Coast (Caloundra and surrounding areas). Shifts: Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Service Hours: 7:00am – 2-3pm (flexible within client needs). Availability: We’ll work with you—bring as much availability as you can! Hourly Rate: $34.59 per hour + 12% superannuation. What Your Day Will Look Like: Domestic Assistance, Personal Care, Transport, Meal Preparation, Medication Support, Meaningful Moments. What You’ll Bring: A genuine passion for supporting older people and making a difference; Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or equivalent); Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (fleet vehicle also provided for work use); Willingness to obtain comprehensive car insurance, WWCC, and First Aid/CPR; Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Check (or willingness to obtain); Confidence using smartphones and digital systems.
