Have you ever considered the difference a smile can make? Taking the time to listen, understand, and empower someone to make their own choices can have a huge impact. As a Support Worker, it’s about helping people live their best lives - in the ways they choose to. At Affinity Trust, what matters most is your compassion and willingness to make a difference. Every day offers the chance to learn, grow, and see the real impact of your support in the lives of people around you. At this location you will be supporting our gentleman with his day to day life and supporting him to do the things he enjoys most. This would involve, to name a few things, going for drives, getting involved with sensory activities and listening to music and audio books. For this role you must have a full UK manual driving licence and be willing to drive a mobility vehicle. Joining Affinity Trust means you'll be with caring colleagues, gain hands-on training that helps you grow into the role, and discover that what you do each day matters.
