Support Worker

We are looking for people to join our friendly and welcoming team in Sheffield Outreach, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, where you will have the opportunity to enhance people’s lives. We deliver creative, dynamic and person centred services providing a range of individualised support to people living in an outreach and supported living services. You’ll have a really rewarding role working with a great team of people and the chance to make a real difference to other people’s lives. We will support you along your career path to learn, develop and grow. This role includes shift working including days, evenings, sleepovers, nights and weekends. Sleep in shifts are essential.
